How to delete your account
Deletion is built right into the app. Follow these four simple steps. No emails, no waiting, no dark patterns.
Open the Navero System app
Make sure you're signed in to the account you want to delete.
Tap the profile button (top right)
You'll see your profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen. Tap it to open the profile menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the drop-down
The Delete Account option is the last item in the menu. Tap it to begin.
Confirm to delete your account
Follow the on-screen confirmation. Once you confirm, your account and personal data are permanently removed.
Trouble deleting? If you can't find the option, the button isn't working, or you've lost access to your account, email our support team at support@naverosystem.com and we'll delete the account for you.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our active systems:
- Your account profile (name, email, role, date of birth/age group)
- All daily check in responses (stress, confidence, focus, sleep)
- Pre training, pre match, and post event feedback entries
- Wellbeing trend history and analytics tied to your account
- Team affiliations and invite links linked to your profile
- Notifications, in app preferences, and session history
What may be retained
In a small number of cases, we may need to retain very limited information after deletion:
- Records required by law, regulation, or audit obligations
- Anonymised, aggregated data that can no longer identify you (used to improve the platform)
- Safeguarding-related records where retention is legally or ethically required
Anything retained is held only for as long as strictly necessary and is protected with the same security standards as live data.
Processing timeline
- In app deletion: account and personal data are removed immediately when you confirm in the app
- If you contact support instead: acknowledgement within 2 business days, and permanent deletion typically completed within 30 days
For athletes under 18
If the account belongs to an athlete under 18, deletion can be carried out from inside the linked parent account. Open the parent profile in the app, scroll to the bottom of the drop-down, and tap Delete Account. If you're unable to do this yourself, email our support team and we'll help.
Contact support
If you can't delete the account from inside the app for any reason: lost access, the button isn't responding, or you simply prefer help from a human. Our support team is here for you. There's no pressure to stay, and no hoops to jump through.
